By accessing or using the website located at brownwoodinsulation.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors and anyone who submits a request for services through the Site.
Brownwood Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor based in Brownwood, TX. We provide residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, and related services to customers in central Texas. This Site is used to provide information about those services and to accept estimate requests. Submission of a form on this Site does not create a binding service agreement.
Any estimate provided by Brownwood Insulation - whether through the Site, by phone, or in person - is an estimate only and is not a fixed-price guarantee. Final pricing is established in a written service agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment and may change if additional work is required due to conditions not visible during the initial inspection. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
Once a service appointment is scheduled, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling deposit requirement for future appointments.
We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary on our end.
Payment terms are established in the written service agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work described in the agreement. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit or debit cards. A finance charge may apply to overdue balances as stated in your service agreement.
Any changes to the scope of work agreed upon in writing may result in additional charges. We will obtain your approval before performing any work that falls outside the original scope.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty on labor or materials will be described in the written service agreement for your project. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms.
